Order preparation and travel
Most orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Once handed to the carrier, the estimated journey is 2–4 business days. That estimate is not a promise; weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier events, fraud review, and inaccurate addresses can cause delay.
Cost, tracking, and exceptions
The checkout screen alone determines the shipping charge and any free-shipping eligibility. Tracking is emailed when available. Report a stalled, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered shipment promptly. If tracking says delivered, check the delivery area, household, neighbors, and carrier before requesting review.
Keep all packaging and send photographs or video for damage. Carrier and destination restrictions can make an order unavailable; we may cancel and refund it in that situation.
