A review is available when a product is delivered damaged or defective, when a different product was sent, or when the delivered item is materially unlike its listing. There is no no-reason or preference-based return program.
Request deadline and evidence
Submit the request within 30 days of delivery with the order number, purchase email, detailed explanation, and clear photos or video. Nothing should be mailed to us without written approval and return directions.
Outcome
We may request more information. An approved claim may receive a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing time is outside our control. Claims involving misuse, normal wear, unauthorized returns, a change of preference, or a late report may be refused. Completed shipping is refunded only when required by law or included in an approved fulfillment error.
